1. Acceptance of Terms
‍By accessing or using any part of the REVAMP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Services Provided
REVAMP offers wig revamp, repair and maintenance services ("Services"). These services include cleaning, repairing, and styling wigs to transform their appearance.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments
a. Placing Orders: To place an order for our Services, follow the instructions on our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by REVAMP.
b. Pricing: Prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of order placement.
c. Payments: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping your wigs to us. Detailed instructions are provided in your order confirmation email.
b. Delivery: We aim to complete the restoration process within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the services requested (10 working days for wig colouring services and lace ventilation/repair). Delivery times may vary based on the shipping services selected.
c. Risk of Loss: REVAMP assumes responsibility for your wigs from the time we receive them until they are shipped back to you.

6. Service Scope and Satisfaction Guarantee
a. Scope of Work: REVAMP carries out the specific service(s) requested by the customer at the time of booking. We do not provide unsolicited advice or recommendations beyond the scope of the request made. If a requested service is not achievable, we will advise you of this prior to commencing work.
b. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our Services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig. Where appropriate, we will rework the wig at no additional cost to address the concern raised.
c. Alterations Outside Our Care: If any alterations, cuts, treatments or modifications are made to the wig after it has been returned to you, this falls outside the scope of any rework under the original booking. REVAMP will not be liable to rectify or rework a wig that has been altered following its return, and any further work required as a result will be treated as a new, chargeable service.

7. Post-Service Lace Care and Liability

a. Care Guidance: REVAMP provides lace maintenance guidance with every completed booking, outlining the correct method for washing, handling and maintaining the lace to preserve the integrity of the work carried out.
b. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to follow this guidance when caring for their wig following the completion of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding direct water pressure on the lace, using appropriate products, and handling the lace with care as outlined in our guidance.
c. Limitation of Liability: REVAMP will not be liable for any damage, shedding, shifting of hair, or deterioration of the lace or knotting that occurs as a result of the customer failing to follow the lace maintenance guidance provided. Where damage is found to be caused by improper care, any further work required will be treated as a new, chargeable service.\

8. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and logos on our website are the property of REVAMP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. Limited Licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You will not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our Services.

10. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVAMP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
