Turnaround Times (from when we receive your wig/s)‍
‍• Standard Service: 3-10 working days per wig (10 working days for wig colouring and lace ventilation/repair)
‍‍• Express Service: 48 hours (Wig Refresher Only)

Our Wig Care Process

Step 1

Book a Revamp

Choose your service, complete the form and pay securely online. We’ll email you posting/drop‑off instructions.

Step 2

Wig Check-In

Once received, your wig is processed and tagged. You will receive an email confirming receipt.

Step 3

Wig Assessment

We assess your wig to ensure the booked services are suitable. If anything needs changing, we’ll contact you first.

Step 4

Revamp Completed

Our wig revampers carry out the services booked with expert care.

Step 5

Quality Check & Return

We perform a final check, then package your wig and return it via tracked Royal Mail.
