At REVAMP Express, we’re committed to making wig care quick, convenient and high quality. This policy outlines how we manage collections, deliveries and refunds for our Express service. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Pick-Up & Delivery Policy
a. Wig Collection (Pick-Up)
Courier Collection: Once you book a service, we’ll arrange a courier to collect your wig from your chosen address.
Pick-Up Timing: Collections take place within your selected 2-hour time window.
Preparation: Place your wig in a sealed bag or box with your name and booking reference clearly marked.
Missed Pick-Ups: If the courier is unable to collect due to no one being available or incorrect details, rebooking will incur an additional fee of £10.
b. Wig Delivery (Return)
Turnaround Time: Your revamped wig will be delivered back to you within 48 hours of pick-up (subject to service capacity and acceptance).
Tracked Delivery: All deliveries are sent using a tracked courier service.
Delivery Fees: Pick-up and return delivery costs are included in your Express service fee.
Delivery Location: We currently only serve specific postcodes/zones - please check your eligibility during booking.
2. Refund & Satisfaction Policy
a. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for your wig to come back looking revived, styled, and refreshed. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wig.
b. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:
The service clearly did not match the agreed outcome (e.g., wrong style, visible lack of refresh).
The wig is returned in unsatisfactory condition not caused by courier damage.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Style or preference disagreements if the service was completed as requested.
Damage or issues occurring after the wig is returned to you.
Wigs in poor or irreparable condition, which was confirmed with you pre-service.
c. Refund Process
Email express@werevampwigs.com within 48 hours with your booking reference, a description of the issue, and supporting images.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Cancellations and Changes
a. Cancellation Policy
Before Collection: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection for a full refund.
After Collection: Cancellations after pick-up are not eligible for a refund.
Changes to Booking: Contact express@werevampwigs.com ASAP to amend services or address. Changes may not be possible once the service is underway.
